Carrie Barker, MD, Pediatric Pulmonology
Dr. Barker is a pediatric pulmonologist and completed her medical training at the University of Iowa and University of Wisconsin. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and oversees the care of pediatric patients with respiratory complications of neuromuscular disease. She has published specifically on the topic of ventilation of patients with spinal muscular atrophy, as the Pediatric Neuromuscular Clinic at the University of Wisconsin supervises the care of spinal muscular atrophy patients from Wisconsin as well as several surrounding states.
