Gilberto Saenz III, MPAS, PA-C is a nationally recognized aesthetic injector, medical aesthetics educator, and expert in facial rejuvenation with over 20 years of clinical experience in family medicine, dermatology, and plastic surgery. He currently practices at Austin Plastic Surgeon, where he focuses on advanced injectable treatments, non-surgical body contouring, ultrasound-guided facial aesthetics, and aesthetic complication management.

As a respected national faculty member and speaker, Gilberto has presented at major aesthetic medicine conferences including AMWC Americas, The Aesthetic Show, Aesthetic Next, CORE Mastery Summit, Med Spa Pro, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and AmSpa: The Medical Spa Show. He is the co-host of the industry-favorite podcast, Plastic Surgery Untold: Beyond Botox and Butts, where he discusses the latest trends in non-invasive procedures and aesthetic innovation.

Gilberto serves as a national trainer and speaker for Galderma Aesthetics, GE Health Care, Lumisque Skincare and partners with companies like Revelle/Tiger Aesthetics and Aesthetics Biomedical to train providers across the country. He is certified in facial ultrasound aesthetics and has trained under world-renowned leaders in complication management and prevention.

He holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas–Pan American. He is an active member of the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants (APSPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons (TSPS), and the UK-based Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC).
