Kevin Tehrani MD FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Aristocrat Plastic Surgery in New York. He serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and is the Director of an ASAPS-endorsed Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship, where he is actively involved in advanced surgical training and academic development.

Dr. Tehrani’s clinical focus includes advanced minimally invasive facial rejuvenation, breast, and body contouring. He is the developer of the Contour Lift, a minimally invasive closed neck lift technique designed to achieve significant aesthetic improvement with reduced recovery time, as well as the NOVA Breast Lift, an advanced approach to breast shaping and rejuvenation focused on improved form, longevity, and minimized scarring.

He is a frequent educator and speaker, sharing practical, high-yield surgical techniques with colleagues both nationally and internationally.
