Erik Turk, is the Chief Operating Officer at DOCS Dermatology Group with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations, strategic growth, physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational performance. Throughout his career, Erik has successfully advanced through every level of operations leadership across four healthcare specialties, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, financial management, physician partnerships, and scalable organizational growth.

Erik earned his Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University, complementing his operational expertise with advanced business and executive leadership training. His leadership philosophy centers on building high-performing teams, fostering accountability, driving operational excellence, and creating sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Prior to entering healthcare, Erik served as a Combat Arms Officer in the United States Army for eight years. His military service instilled the leadership principles, discipline, strategic thinking, and mission-focused mindset that continue to guide his executive approach today.
