Dr. Rob Knight is Vice President of Research & Clinical Development at Cellese and AnteAGE and an internationally recognized expert in exosomes and regenerative medicine. He holds a PhD in Stem Cell and Extracellular Vesicle Biology from Cardiff University and completed postdoctoral research at the UCLA Stein Eye Institute, where he investigated extracellular vesicle-based therapies for regenerative ophthalmology.

Dr. Knight has authored numerous scientific publications and is a frequent invited speaker at international conferences including AMWC, IMCAS, ISEV, and AAD. His work focuses on translating exosome science into clinically relevant applications for skin health, wound healing, regenerative aesthetics, and longevity medicine.
