Interprofessional Education

AKH is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

This includes physicians, pharmacists, nurses, physician associates, dentists, psychologists, optometrists, social workers, athletic trainers, and dietitians. AKH also has American Association of Nurse Practitioners accreditation for nurse practitioners and numerous state board approvals.
