2025 AAEM Annual Conference
Activity Overview
If you were not able to attend the 2025 AAEM Annual Conference in person, you can view on demand! The theme this year was "Everyday Exposures and What to Do." From chemicals affecting our hormones and epigenetic predispositions increasing inflammation to showing how exposures to toxins like mold, endotoxins, and neoantigens affect overall health, this year's conference has so much to offer. This conference and the amazing presenters will teach you what Environmental Medicine is all about and how incorporating the evidence-based, real-world treatments, you can change the way you practice and improve outcomes.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for an audience of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, as well as any other healthcare professionals interested in Environmental Medicine.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:

- Identifying the relationship between microbiome health and LPS
From Puberty to Menopause: Mitigating Effects of Endocrine Disruptors Across the Lifespan to Decrease Incidence of Disease - Nicole Salezke NP
- Identifying Patterns of Endocrine Disruption and their Impacts on Hormonal Pathways
Toxicity and Testosterone Deficiency in Young Men - Ty Vincent MD
- Interpret testosterone levels in the context of optimal quality of life and performance.
Every Breath You Take: Air Pollution and Metabolomics - Betsy Redmond Ph.D, MMSc, RDN
- Identify how particulate matter exposure can lead to changes in gut bacterial patterns.
Intersections of MCAS, Hypercoagulability, and Biofilms - Kelly McCann MD
- Discuss the fundamentals of hypercoagulability: symptoms, testing, and treatment.
The Biological Impacts of Polarized Waveforms - Peter Sullivan MS
- Identify how polarized waveforms can contribute to over-excitation and sympathetic nervous system overload.
Silent Threats: The Top 8 Environmental Pollutants Driving Neurodegeneration- Sources, Prevention and Healing - Medeya Tsnobiladze ND
- Outline integrative treatment approaches to mitigate the impact of pollutants on brain health.
The Role of Neoantigens in Autoimmunity - Aristo Vojani PhD
- Describe how antibodies can help to identify the triggers so that they may be removed, preventing the progression into possible autoimmune disease.
Phospholipid Therapy in Environmental Medicine: Healing Membranes, Removing Toxins and Reversing the Cell Danger Response - Werner Vosloo ND
- Outline the structural changes to cell plasma and intracellular organelle membranes in chronic environmental and infectious illness.
Restoring Homeostasis through Biomagnetism: A New Frontier in Environmental Medicine - Luis Garcia MD
- Explain that complex illnesses often stem from multiple pathogens interacting, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach to achieve effective recovery.
Inflammageing From Environmental and Genetic Factors - Bob Miller BCTN, ANWPB
- Identify the environmental factors that stimulate NLRP3 and create Inflammageing and other stimulators and inhibitors of NLRP3
Assessing the Distribution of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in Air Particulate Matter and Associated Inhalation Health Risks - Natalia Soares Quinete
- Assess health risks associated with PFAS inhalation
Pesticides: Insidious Everyday Exposures - Lyn Patrick ND
- Identify the disease risks associated with pyrethroid pesticides
How Neural Therapy and Blockage-Based Care can Transform Your Practice - Richard Nahas MD
- Discuss the hypothesis that interference fields are common, treatable lesions in the body that are unknown to modern medicine.
Neurotoxic outcomes of mold toxicity - Raymond Singer PhD
- Analyze specific neuropsychological outcomes common to mold neurotoxicity
Today's Regulatory Updated Facing Advanced Medicine Healthcare Practitioners - Jaques Simon Esq
- State the law which governs your practice
