Beginner’s Neurotoxin Course-September 17, 2025
This activity will teach the clinician to understand and to demonstrate the ability to assess an aesthetic patient and to treat with injectable neurotoxins.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for an audience of physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners and dentists.
Learning Objectives
- Formulate an understanding of facial aging by developing a foundational knowledge of facial anatomy and how the anatomy changes over time
- Recite the indications for U.S. FDA-approved neurotoxins and demonstrate their reconstitutions and injection techniques
- Recognize potential adverse events of injectable neurotoxins and how to avoid these adverse events, how to diagnose the adverse event and how to appropriately treat the adverse event
