The meeting is designed to enhance knowledge and increase competency in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Target Audience

Cardiovascular clinicians: Cardiovascular Physicians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Physician Assistants and Pharmacists.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe key innovations in congenital heart surgery and summarize current ACC priorities and trends affecting cardiovascular practice.
  • Evaluate the role of renal denervation and emerging pharmacologic agents in the management of resistant hypertension, including appropriate patient selection.
  • Summarize key findings from 2025's major cardiovascular clinical trials and apply updated guideline recommendations to clinical practice.
  • Identify key principles in the management of adults with congenital heart disease and recognize cardiovascular toxicities and surveillance strategies in cardio-oncology patients.
  • Evaluate current applications of artificial intelligence in cardiology workflows and identify practical strategies for integrating AI tools into clinical practice.
