Vision by Design is an annual conference where the global myopia community gathers to learn, connect, and shape the future of care. Four intensive days of clinical education, emerging research, and real-world strategy.

Target Audience

This educational activity is designed for optometrists and ophthalmologists who wish to expand their knowledge and clinical competence in myopia management. The program is appropriate for eye care professionals who are new to myopia management as well as practitioners seeking to enhance their understanding of current evidence-based treatment strategies.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the epidemiology and public health impact of childhood myopia and progressive myopia.
  • Identify patients at risk for developing or progressing myopia through appropriate clinical evaluation and risk assessment.
  • Compare current evidence-based myopia management treatment options, including: Orthokeratology Soft multifocal/myopia control contact lenses Low-dose atropine therapy Combination treatment approaches Explain treatment selection criteria, implementation protocols, and monitoring strategies for each modality.
  • Discuss practical approaches for incorporating myopia management services into clinical practice.
